Protecting your data is not a slogan for an on-premise company — it is the business model. This website is built just as sparingly: no analytics tracking, no advertising cookies, no social-media plug-ins.

This website is operated on our own infrastructure in Germany (self-hosting). No external hosting provider is involved; the data technically required to deliver the website is processed by us.
When you access the website, information your browser transmits is recorded automatically: IP address (shortened or stored only briefly), date and time, page accessed, referrer, and browser/operating-system identifier. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (legitimate interest in stable, secure operation). This data is not merged with other sources and is deleted after a short period.
This website loads no external fonts. It uses only the system fonts already present on your device. As a result, your IP address is not transmitted to any third party (such as Google Fonts).
If you contact us by email or via the message prepared on the contact page, we process the details you provide (name, company, role, email, request) to handle your enquiry. The contact function opens your own email program; no form data is transmitted to a server of this website. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or (f). The data is deleted once it is no longer required, at the latest after statutory retention periods expire.
This website stores two settings locally in your browser (localStorage): your language choice and your light/dark theme. These are technically necessary, remain solely on your device, and are not transmitted to us or third parties. You can delete them at any time via your browser settings.
This website uses no analytics tools, no advertising cookies, no profiling, and no social-media plug-ins. There is no automated decision-making within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR.
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and to object to processing (Art. 21 GDPR). To exercise these, contact us informally using the contact details above.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Berlin Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (BlnBDI), Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
For security reasons, this website uses TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the “https://” in your browser's address bar.
